Save Face Standards for Accreditation
Save Face assesses every practitioner and the premises from which they operate against our Standards for Accreditation that measure the performance and suitability required to achieve Save Face Accreditation.
Each clinic and practitioner must pass a rigouros 116-point assessment process to become accredited. The standards that we hold our registrants accountable to are detailed in the document below along with details of what we check and how we check it.
Continuous Improvement and Governance
Independent governance and continual improvement of the scheme will be delivered through an appointed Expert Advisory Board. The board consists of stakeholders that represent a cross-section of professions and key industry bodies and laypeople from within the industry.
The Save Face Expert Advisory board will:
- Undertake a periodic audit of the scheme and the standards to ensure it is fit for purpose and adheres to best practice initiatives
- Implement a continuous improvement framework to identify service improvements to safeguard the consumer
